Efforts are made to keep the site free from malware (computer viruses, spyware, etc.), however, all downloads or malicious content that may come from YourApps4Life should a hacking or some other unfortunate event occur you agree to hold harmless Sun Xue and all its representatives and owners from all damages both physical and emotional.
All game content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations are owned by the game publisher or its licensors and are hereby protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

Liability of lost/stolen/hacked items/wealth/damages done to accounts
You hereby agree by using YourApps4Life services to hold harmless Sun Xue in the event of any lost, stolen, hacked or other black hat event relating to lost/stolen/hacked items or loss of stats or names or any asset that is virtual – YourApps4Life operates at the highest levels of security and optimization and we can assure you that any damages caused to your accounts or wealth were not caused by us. This includes services which have been partially delivered.
You hereby agree to hold harmless Sun Xue and its associates and owners for any bans that may occur when using any of our services. You agree to not hold Sun Xue or its associates liable for any: loss of wealth, loss of stats, loss of names, loss of (untradeable) items, or anything that is considered a potential virtual account asset on the game RuneScape.
Refunds are at the sole discretion of Sun Xue and its owners. All refund requests may be filed by contacting us with live chat – Sun Xue reserves the right to withhold a refund should an investigation be needed based on evidence hereby acquired by Sun Xue that you may have caused monetary damage to Sun Xue in the past. The investigation is allowed to take up to a maximum of seven (7) business days. You hereby agree not to dispute or chargeback any payment until the investigation is complete. Sun Xue reserves the right to investigate a payment for no reason whatsoever. You hereby agree to this term by visiting and using Sun Xue services.
We reserve the right to request extra verification on payments for no reason what so ever should it be desired; this “extra verification” will be used to prevent online fraud and protect us. Examples of “extra verification” include:
- Social media verification
- Paypal transactions history
- Government-Issued Photo ID
- Payment History
YourApps4Life reserves the right to refuse business with you if you do not complete the requested identity verification and may withhold your payment up to (7) business days as determined by YourApps4Life owners.
Use of a VPN/proxy/VPS service will result in the immediate termination of any and all services provided to you by Sun Xue. If a circumstance occurs where your payment is reversed following a completed order by Sun Xue, Sun Xue reserves the right to deduct the reversed amount from future orders made by you. Sun Xue reserves the right to seize payments if this circumstance occurs in order to reimburse Sun Xue for damages done.
If the customer believes the delivery of your products or services were not properly completed by Sun Xue please contact us using live chat the use of any dispute/chargeback in the event of a improper delivery in order to pressure Sun Xue is strictly forbidden and will result in the buyer waiving any protections and rights granted him by any online forums and will waive the right of the buyer to pursue damages against Sun Xue.
All software used on this site is the property of Sun Xue or its software developers and is protected by domestic and international copyright laws.
Upon request to the consumer or visitor to our website, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sun Xue and our affiliates, contractors, vendors, management and content providers from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, that arise from or relate to a breach of these Terms & Conditions for which you are responsible or in connection with your distribution of any content on or through Sun Xue services.

Account policies & Recoveries/Liabilities
YourApps4Life is not responsible for any account recoveries that occur, by purchasing an account from YourApps4Life you hereby agree to this upon purchasing an account. YourApps4Life is not responsible for damages to the customer in any form after an account is delivered to them, this includes but is not limited to: wealth loss, name loss, stat lost, bans(for any reason), item loss, untradeable item loss, membership loss or any other loss that occurs to a customer due to an issue with an account sold by YourApps4Life. "Customer" is defined as someone who does not work for YourApps4Life and made an account purchase on YourApps4Life.
Price representation and Accuracy
Prices listed on YourApps4Life may not always be fully updated nor properly maintained at all times; you hereby agree by visiting YourApps4Life that you waive any right to filing a report related to “false advertising” in relation to gold stocks, account stocks, gold prices, account prices, swapping rates, buying rates of gold, or any other service or product offered by YourApps4Life. Any pricing inaccuracy complaints should be sent via live chat and you will receive a response addressing your complaint within 48 hours.
Payment liability and lost payments
You hereby agree to hold harmless YourApps4Life and Sun Xue and its representatives and management of any payment liability for lost payments that YourApps4Life does not control. This includes things like western union payments, money orders, cash in mail and other payment methods that (you) the customer may choose to do that may run the risk of a payment being lost. If you do not wish to risk a lost payment, please choose a different payment method for your product that you sell to YourApps4Life.
